Ferdy Doernberg
Ferdy has shared stages in Europe, South America and the USA with many different musicians.
As a guitar-player Ferdy fell in love with the slide-guitar and all her relatives like lap and pedal steel, Dobro and the hawaiian guitar. His first professionally orientated band, Rough Silk, was founded in 1989.
Doernberg also works a lot as a studio musician ( keyboards and slide-guitars ) and has played on more than 180 albums so far.
Besides Rough Silk, he is also a member of the chart breaking Axel Rudi Pell band and the band of Matt "Gonzo" Roehr. So far Ferdy Doernberg has released 5 solo albums as a singer/songwriter.
